A message to AnimateArchive users:

Adobe has recently begun taking measures to shut down Animate Archive. While they are technically within their legal rights, this will have a devastating effect on our community. As of today, none of the links on the archive work.
It saddens me to admit that the future of the archive is uncertain. Users deserve accessible, user-friendly, and affordable software, but Adobe's shift towards subscription models has moved away from these principles.
Subscription-based models often lead to less efficient development and higher prices. They allow companies to stop focusing on making the best tools they can, and instead focus on services and retention rates. In contrast, platforms like Steam by Valve, Blender by The Blender Foundation, and other user-first initiatives thrive because they put user needs and affordable access first.
Hell, much of today's technology owes its existence to open-source software and the dedicated individuals behind it. Without their contributions, the tech landscape, as well as the greedy corporations that profit from it, would be vastly different. It's the individuals, not the corporations, who genuinely care about delivering quality and accessible tools. They are the true backbone of our digital advancements.
I am sadly only one person. I often joke about what 1000 of me could do, but it's true. Projects like Animate Archive take time to cultivate and build, and that can be very difficult to balance with a full-time job. While I'll continue to do what I can, as I love Flash and believe it's one of the best multimedia tools around, I encourage everyone to look towards and support alternatives built by companies and individuals that care about their users.

In 2019, Adobe took down all installers for the older versions of their software. As a user of CS6 programs myself, I felt frustrated that these programs, which work perfectly fine, could no longer be purchased or downloaded by anyone, not without the chance of getting viruses anyways. Even if someone found a download link or purchased a copy off eBay, there was no guarantee it would be a safe download or a disk with a working key. I decided to create an archive of these programs, and the community helped me find every version I needed. This website is dedicated to archiving and keeping older versions of Flash alive, long after Adobe decides to pull the plug. If you would like to get the word to Adobe that we want a legal way to use these old programs, Additionally, if you would like to support the continued development of the ; give me a follow on , send me any installers/serials you may find, share the website to anyone who may need it, or donate below! Donations allow me to personally devote more time to the project, and pay for any web related fees I may enconter while building the site. Yes, all these files are the official installers, and any serials were found to work with said official installers. These softwares were abandoned by Adobe, so it is basically a legal grey area. Software such as this is commonly refered to as . Yes, all the files on here should be perfectly fine. There are MD5 caches if you would like to check and confirm for yourself. If you have any problems installing, or are getting a weird message, it is most likely due to how old these installers are. If you can't solve it, feel free to message me on my for additional help. Yes, serials are listed underneath the download buttons. simply click on the serial, and it will be copied into your clipboard, ready for you to paste into the software you downloaded. If no serial is listed, we have not found any yet. Unless you want to pirate or crack a particular version, I would suggest sticking to the ones which include a serial underneath.
